Mark's practical experience as a human resources administrator prior to law school helps him better serve the diverse challenges of HR professionals.
He regularly guides employers as they defend discrimination claims. He represents employers throughout north and central Indiana before the Indiana Workers Compensation Board and provides easy-to understand advice on a multitude of employment issues from wage and hour to employment agreements.
Mark also routinely helps businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of immigration laws and has recently helped several international companies launch new U.S. ventures by providing practical HR guidance and procurement of visas for foreign employees.
In 2008 Mark was named by the Northeast Indiana Business Journal as “Future 40” leader among professionals under 40. He belongs to the Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations along with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
