experience
Matt has handled dozens of discrimination and retaliation lawsuits in state and federal courts. He also has significant experience litigating wage claims, including collective actions, and advising individuals and employers regarding non-compete issues.

Beyond his employment practice, Matt regularly litigates a variety of other cases in state and federal court. Areas of focus include insurance litigation, business disputes and appeals.
 
In addition to his legal work, Matt also serves as the Managing Partner of the firm.
 
Matt is a member of the Allen County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. 
 
Before joining Beckman Lawson, LLP, Matt clerked with the Honorable Jerome Farris of the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals in Seattle, Washington.
