experience
Matt combines an aggressive, practical approach to litigation with an in-depth understanding of employment law. His focus is on service and achieving the client’s goal – whether it be a favorable settlement or outright victory.
His track record includes:
- Obtaining summary judgment on or dismissal of dozens of state and federal lawsuits over the past five years.
- Obtaining a favorable settlement in a highly-publicized class action on behalf of victims of a predatory lending scheme.
- Defeating motion to certify FLSA collective action, thereby ending a potential multi-million dollar case.
Matt is also a member of the Allen County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
