Adam assists businesses with contract negotiations, strategic planning, acquisitions, mergers, and insolvency. Adam has successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and has extensive experience pursuing tax appeals in the Indiana Tax Court.
Adam also serves as outside general counsel to various businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to locally-owned entities. Adam provides in-depth legal counsel with respect to contract administration, risk management, corporate structure, and business succession planning.
Adam also represents shareholders, partners, and limited liability company members in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, and member disputes.
community involvement
Adam serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. He was the founding member and secretary of New Haven High School Alumni Association (2006 - 2008.)
