Pat is the firm’s “go to” source for all matters of real estate transactions and zoning law. Pat regularly handles commercial real estate transactions for clients including purchase and sale transactions, negotiations of leases and handling refinance transactions.
As a former land use planner for the Allen County Department of Planning Services, Pat knows the ins and outs of zoning and development in Indiana and regularly helps clients obtain approval for commercial and residential projects.
Negotiating the development review process can be a daunting task for a developer. Pat knows the lay of the land when dealing with local and state review agencies, and is an integral part of any development team. Pat is also experienced in handling commercial real estate transactions, regularly handling the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, purchase and sale transactions and commercial refinancing transactions.
Pat is a member of the Allen County, Indiana Bar Association and served as Chairman of the Indiana Land use and Zoning Section.
