experience
Bob represents individuals and business in various commercial transactions including the sale and purchase of assets, loan transactions and bankruptcy litigation. He also practices in appellate law and has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in state and federal courts.
In response to the difficulties he saw entrepreneurs experience as they tried to obtain sufficient equity for their businesses, Bob developed The CEO Plan. This strategy allows entrepreneurs to use qualified retirement funds as equity in their own business.
In addition to his law practice, Bob is an owner in two local businesses.
Bob belongs to the Allen County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
