Craig frequently defends local, regional and national companies in employment-related litigation. Craig also assists business and individuals in a variety of areas including disputes involving construction, contracts, business torts, insurance and personal injury. Craig has litigated many disputes involving non-competition agreements and the enforcement of other post-employment restrictive covenants. Clients value his ability to listen well, think strategically and help implement comprehensive and effective solutions.
In addition to his regular practice, Craig has recently been approved and added to the registry of civil mediators in Indiana. Craig previously served on the firm’s management committee and was managing partner from 2003 through 2007.
Craig is a member of the Allen County, Indiana State, Ohio State and American Bar Associations.
