experience
Jeremy's practice includes serving as outside general counsel to a number of businesses in a variety of industries. Jeremy works closely with his clieints to plan and implement their goals in the following:  mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, business formation and planning, inter-company agreements, contracts, tax issues, securities, trademark, copyright, branding, licensing, franchising and real estate transactions.
 

Jeremy has represented both buyers and sellers in many business and real estate transactions. He has also represented both borrowers and lenders in loan and equity transactions. Jeremy has experience drafting corporate documents and policies for companies of all sizes.

In addition, he has obtained, maintained, prosecuted and defended his clients' trademarks and copyrights. Jeremy has drafted licensing agreements and helped clients realize the value of their intellectual property.
 
In addition to his earning J.D. and MBA, Jeremy has completed national seminars on mergers and acquisitions, taxation in mergers and acquisitions, protecting trademarks and copyrights, and acquiring, selling and managing intellectual property with the leading experts in the country.

Jeremy is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation Committees of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association, and Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations.

Jeremy was born and raised in Fort Wayne. His dedication to his hometown includes serving the community in the following ways:
