After three years’ active command military service, Howard obtained his law degree, with high honors and has aggressively represented business clients for more than 35 years.
He was the first lawyer in Allen County to be certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Bankruptcy Institute and has received recognition for his outstanding professional accomplishments, including:
Howard provides clients the benefit of a strategic, 50,000-foot view based on experience in countless business matters including state and federal litigation. He provides seasoned counsel on a wide range of issues from business formation and financing to expansion, reorganization, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions and sales. Howard also has special experience working with agricultural lenders, credit unions and businesses that may be financially distressed but viable.
