Brian Heck

Brian joined Beckman Lawson in 2004 and has managed Beckman Lawson’s collections practice since 2007. He handles collection matters for several medical practices, law firms, insurance companies, retailers, and automobile dealerships in Northeast Indiana. Brian represents individual property owners, small business owners, large companies, and municipalities in real estate and zoning litigation cases. Brian handles various commercial and construction litigation matters in both federal and state court, and has participated in arbitrations with local arbitrators and the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Brian assists a number of homeowner and condominium associations with governance and enforcement issues. Brian is a frequent speaker on various collections and homeowner association topics.

community involvement

Brian belongs to the Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Wayne program. Brian has served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Museum of Art.
