Brian has managed Beckman Lawson's collections practice since 2007. He handles collection matters for several medical practices, law firms, insurance companies, retailers, and automobile dealerships in Northeast Indiana. Brian represents individual property owners, small business owners, large companies, and municipalities in real estate and zoning litigation cases, as well as borrowers and lenders in commercial foreclosure actions. Brian has also handled various commercial and construction litigation matters in both federal and state court, and has participated in arbitrations with local arbitrators and the American Arbitration Association. He has experience in handling mechanic's lien and condemnation matters, and represents a number of homeowners associations as well.
community involvement
Brian belongs to the Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Wayne program. Brian is currently serving on the Board for the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and on the Board for the Dells of Bittersweet Homeowner's Association. He is also actively involved in Junior Achievement.
