David is a Fort Wayne native who represents clients in a variety of legal areas, such as secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy court. David also assists clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including residential and commercial foreclosures, consumer and commercial collections, fraud, theft, conversion, bad checks, defamation, lien priority disputes, mechanic’s liens, landlord and tenant disputes, title issues, replevin, breaches of contract, domestication of foreign judgments, and breaches of fiduciary duties.
