David Mustard

David is a Fort Wayne native who represents clients in a variety of legal areas, such as business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy court. David also assists clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including residential and commercial foreclosures, collections, lien priority disputes, mechanic’s liens, title issues, replevin, domestication of foreign judgments, and business litigation.

David and his wife, Quinley, have a daughter, Matilda, and a cat, Charlie. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and likes to experience local art, music, and dining.
