David Mustard

David is a Fort Wayne native who represents clients in a variety of legal areas, such as business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy court. David also assists clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including residential and commercial foreclosures, collections, lien priority disputes, mechanic’s liens, title issues, replevin, domestication of foreign judgments, and business litigation.

David has a daughter, Matilda, and a cat, Charlie. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and likes to experience local art, music, and dining.
