Pat Hess

Pat is the firm’s “go to” source for all matters relating to real estate transactions and zoning law. He regularly handles commercial real estate transactions for clients, including purchase and sale transactions, negotiations of leases, and refinance transactions.

As a former land use planner, Pat also knows the ins and outs of zoning and development both locally and statewide. He regularly helps clients obtain approval for commercial and residential projects, acting as an integral part of any development team.

In addition to assisting clients in developing their property, Pat also represents plan commissions and boards of zoning appeals in administration and ordinance drafting.

Pat is a member of the Allen County and Indiana Bar Associations. He has also served as Chairman of the Indiana Land Use and Zoning Section.
